Refund Policy
We do not offer returns, refunds, or a cooling off period. All sales are final.
For UK & EU customers, we will honor returns that are properly initiated by the customer within 14 days of delivery of the order.
Company must be notified by UK & EU customer immediately by customer who wishes to effectuate a return, within 14 days of receiving the order.
UK & EU returns must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.
Items must be unopened, unused and within the original packaging in order to be eligible for a return.
All rewards, bonuses, or points of any kind accumulated from a returned order will be removed from the customer’s Rewards balance. Any unclaimed DRANK points from your refunded order will be voided. To complete your return, please email our customer service team with your order number and a receipt or proof of purchase to support@rektdrinks.com.
Shipping
To return your product, please email us at support@rektdrinks.com for the return address. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days. Any rewards associated with the order shall be removed from purchasers balance or surrender or returned appropriately. Any unclaimed will be voided.
International tax, duties, charges and delivery refunds
We’re unable to refund any taxes, duties, charges or delivery costs you may have paid when placing your order. You will be refunded the price of the products returned minus any tax, duties charges should they occur on route back to Rekt Brands Inc. You may wish to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we will not refund items lost or damaged in transit.
